What to do while taking hydroxy cut hardcore?


I just bought hydroxy cut hadcore along with women's ultra mega vitamins. I plan on working out 5x a week, with 30-45 minutes of cardio. Also I've been eating salad, from fast food places and getting itialian dressing. Is this wrong? I never really tried to shed weight seriously and I just need to know the basics of what to eat, and what to buy when I grocery shop. I'm 146, and I was 150 so I know that it is working a little. Any tips are gladly appreciated.

  1. Remember…
    White Flour/ pasta/potatoes are no good.
    Brown rice/ whole wheat pasta is good
    Dark Green, leafy vegetables are better
    Whole fruits, not dried are good

    Guidelines…
    Start evry day w/ a good breakfast & a Multivitamin for women &
    Increase Fruits & veggies in order to increase Fiber (fills you up)
    Increase water intake
    Do not eat anything heavy (processed carbs) about 2 hrs. before you go to bed.
    Increase sleep by an hr. or 2 (important)
    NO soda of anykind
    Small fruit before a workout
    Liquid Protein best 30 min. after workout

    Mon. through Fri.

    Breakfast-
    Kashi Go Lean Oatmeal w/ fruit & a glass of water
    OR
    Kashi Go lean or Kelloggs High protein or Healthy Smart Start cold cereal w/ skim milk & fruit.
    OR
    2 eggs (scrambled/ omelet) w/ 1/2 whole wheat or multigrain english muffin & veggies & glass of fruit juice (real juice) or green tea

    Mid morn. Snack
    Kashi or southbeach or slimfast cereal bar w/ glass of water or green tea
    OR
    Carnation Inst. breakfast(High Protein) or Boost(High Protein)
    OR
    Dannon Light & fit or Dannon Activ yogurt w/ water
    OR
    Cottage cheese 1% Milkfat w/ Kashi snack crackers or fruit or plain & water
    OR
    Almonds or other healthy nuts w/ fruit & water or green tea
    OR
    Natural Peanut butter or soy butter on multigrain bread or english muffin w/ water or green tea
    OR
    Apple w/ peanut or soy butter

    Lunch
    Spinach salad w/ Tuna or grilled Chicken & Veggies w/ a light vinegrette & water
    OR
    2 Hard broiled eggs w/ veggies& water or green tea
    OR
    Cottage cheese w/ veggies & crackers & water or green tea

    Afternoon Snack
    Yogurt & water
    OR
    Slimfast Hi protein/Low carb drink
    OR
    Protein bar
    Zone, Slimfast, or Luna are good for women. Find a flavor you like.
    OR
    Nuts & fruit/veggies w/ water
    OR
    Veggies w/ peanut butter

    DINNER
    Just a healthy portion of chicken or fish or red meat & brown rice or whole wheat pasta & healthy vegetables & glass of milk or sometimes a (glass or two) of Red wine, not white
    NO Beer or hard alcohol!

    Nightime snack
    Light popcorn w/ water
    OR
    Kashi Snack crackers w/ green tea
    OR
    Lowfat Frozen yogurt (not every night)
    OR
    Cereal w/ skim milk
    lose the pills eat right ,excercise, and you’ll see results!!!

  2. South Beach Diet is the best.Stay away from soda and milk and yogurt and fruit and No pork.eat skinless chicken and Wendy’s has delicious ceaser salads but try and get vinaigrette.Eat veggies like broccoli,mushrooms etc.Shrimp is good any type of shellfish.

  3. k, walk walk and walk….30-45 min a day…it increases your body’s metabolism…it also makes you feel great cause it is physically impossible to have stress when you are working out, and the stress hormone that is in your blood called cortosol hangs onto fat as a survival thing, well that gets turned into energy when you exercise!!!yay, and that few lbs you lost was prob just water weight, anyway if you do tha walking thing then you can eat basically whatever yo want cause ur metabolism will be fast!!!

  4. No Pills, Diet and exercise only. Pills is a temporary fix and diet and exercise should become a way of life and pills will only F this up. Experience speaking…

  6. Do not take or drink anything with caffeine in it…Those pills have enough in it already. I would also suggest drinking alot of water and getting 6-8 hours of sleep to help aid weight loss. Good Luck

You know I would go to http://wharris1.qhealthzone.com/... and look at the XS it is what I use for my energy and I have lost 33 lbs since this April and I have so much energy I don’t want the day to end and I can really afford to stay with it. Where other things are sooo expensive you give up… It even taste wonderful I personally like Cran-Grape one it taste just like grape soda with no harmful things in it. The vit B-12 in it is 4900% which if you remember in the old days was how woman lost all their weight with a B-12 shot daily….   9. I think that for the budget you are probably on that if you feel this is working then go for it. I can’t think that any of the other suggestions would work better. You have to do it for yourself and not for others. Working out is great but make sure to give your self an off day for your body to rest.
    one tip… don’t get Fry’s with that salad.
