What supplements do you think a 50 year-old female should take?
I take a general vitamin including iron, fish and flax oil, baby aspirin, Vit D and folic acid. My calcium levels are okay and I don't have any bone loss.

I think you are hitting them all – you have your mulit vitamins, your essential fatty acids, your vitamin d and folic acid – If you don’t need a calcium supplement, then you are good.
You might look into "green foods" – it’s the good stuff from veggis and fruits put into a drink mix – some people really really like it and it makes them feel great.
I think they actually call them phyto-nutrients.
Here is an example – but you may want to shop around for one you think is best.

That sounds pretty good to me.
There’s an article on squidoo about weight loss and supplements – it’s kinda tongue in cheek http://www.squidoo.com/weightlossmorons Check it out.
You seem to know your stuff about what you should supplement with.
