No vitamin/supplement in the world imparts caloric energy.
For energy, you need to eat food!

there’s some great stuff called proper food. Look at your diet, you don’t need supplements, you need to eat properly.

I suggest a multi-vitamin with a full list of nutrients. They’re usually the best place to start. Eat foods rich in Omega-3 (flax, fish, walnuts) which naturally can boost energy.

I have fatigue problems and take alot of supplements. Here what i would recommend from my own experiences.
First i would try b12 shots. They are really helpful for me and give me alot of energy, mentally and physically. I give myself a shot 2 times per week.
You have to get a prescription for the shots, so if you don’t want to do that you should try sublingual b12. Which is a lozenge you place under your tongue.
Also desiccated adrenal gland supplements are helpful to me. I wouldn’t take these every day, but only if you need an extra boost.
Also choline is one that works for me. I take 2 350 mg choline supplements every morning.
These might not affect you the same way they do for me, but it’s worth a shot.
Good luck

Fatigue can be everything. Physical or mental require different approach, but reading about your personal experience will help you making the right decision. A good resource is attached.
If you follow blindly other people’s opinion to try something, possibly you produce quite expensive urine. The mentioned resource helps you making an educated selection that might boost your energy.
