What should my Vitamin Routine be? (I have 5 different ones)?
So, here are my vitamins:
L-Arginine 500 mg
Kelp (Iodine) 150 mcg
Magnesium 250 mg
B-Complex:(which includes the following)
Vitamin C 500mg
B-1 100mg
B-2 100mg
Niacin 100mg
B-6 100mg
Folic Acid 400mcg
B-12 500mcg
Biotin 50mcg
Pantothenic Acid 100mg
Choline Bitartrate 50mg
Inositol 50mg
Citrus Bioflavonoids 50mg
Proprietary Blen 5mg
Also I have a B-12 1500mcg(should I take this if i am taking the B complex?)
When should I take these to be the most effective?
I know that some things will mix and cause the vitamins to be not as effective.
Currently I take theL-Arginine as follows -- two before supper and two before bed. (for the metabolisim effects)
Also I take the Kelp before bed.
I take the B-Complex in the morning.
I havent worked the magnesium in because im not sure when to take it
(I go to school so I cant take anything during lunch)
Nor have I started the B-12 because im not sure when to take it or even if i need it.
So, what would be the best routine for taking these effectivley?

Whoa! Long List, can I ask why not eat these things? I would ask a Dietitian or talk to your doctor. (I think we all say this first, we kind of have to lol)
But, Here is the first thing I learned when I became a vegan about 10 yrs ago, when you take a Pill (Vitamin) you should really have it in a liquid form. In solid pill form, even taking it with food, you are only absorbing about 50-60% of that Vitamin. In Liquid form you can get 65%-75%.
So from there, I don’t take Magnesium alone, because you need Calcium to break it down, I take a Natural Compound called Dolomite (its a rock yes, but they have purified forms of it). If you take too much magnesium without having the calcium, it will take it from your bones over a long period of time.

I would suggest taking Dolomite at night (with the Kelp), Its when I take mine, sometimes at Noon, if I am in pain.
B-12 1500mcg in the Morning with L-Arginine (if I where you I would cut it in half and take half in the morning, half in the evening, because of its effect.
"In general, most people do not need to take arginine supplements because the body usually produces enough."
http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/l-arginine/NS_patient-arginine
You might want to take the B complex at noon to start off, see how you react to it? (yes you can take B-12 with the b complex.)
Choline Bitartrate (witch you cant cut out from the b complex) "Some people who practice lucid dreaming use Galantamine with choline bitartrate"…could be fun to take at night :-) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Choline
This what I would do, but none of us know your body, your doctor would have a better idea, because he can do blood tests, to do "Bench Mark Testing" to see the full effects of these on you.
I am going to Stress the Dolomite, again; only because I am 28, I was on a High regiment of Magnesium for pain. And after about 4 years of the max dose daily I was developing osteoporosis, wans’t fun but I am find now. I don’t wish to see this happen to you. Hope this helps, if you have any questions Please e-mail me.
Best Wish’s,
Nolwe
PS: I would also like to add that you might want to cut all of these pills in half, start off slow for about a week? And then go to Full dose’s, Shocking your system is not fun to go through.
