What shampoo would be best for my hair?

I have curly frizzy hair and recently it's been falling out alot so much that when I went to get my hair cut the hairstylist said I should start to do something about it. My hair used to be pretty thick but now it's breaking and falling out and i'm onyl 15. My parents are going through a divorce and I know some of it is stress. But I want to know what shampoo and conditoner should I use for my hair preferably one from a beauty supply store. I want it to stop falling out and breaking! And yes I do take vitamins.

  1. Hmm, there is a lot I could say right now, but I am going to simplify it for you.

Since you have curly hair it has to be managed a certain way, no shampoo/conditioner works like magic, you have to have good, all natural styling products as well. Get a super moisturizing all natural conditioner. I would reccomend, Trader Joe’s Spa Nourish, Jessicurl TooShea!, Regis Olive Oil…etc.

Register and lurk around http://www.naturallycurly.com, they have guides on how to take care of curly hair and which natural products work best for you…
    Here are some basics:
-throw away all of your silicone products
-dont wash with shampoo, but conditioner wash instead
-condition your hair every single day
-style every day, with gel/mousse/lotion that has /zero/ silicones or ‘xanes

Before you start this Curly Girl routine, you have to clarify all the ‘cones you’ve used with a sulfate shampoo. THEN begin CG. **remember your hair takes about 2 weeks-1 month to get used to the routines.

I own a website with a bunch of natural hair recipes. Do some DTs, they should help with the dryness of your hair.

I SUFFERED FROM THE SAME PROBLEM BUT NOW I HAVE BOUNCY RINGLETS EVERY DAY!

  2. You should try Biolage. It comes in a white bottle with a green leaf on it. I used to have the same exact problem, and then my stylist suggested Biolage. It works GREAT. They make Shampoo, Conditioner, Gel, and more hair products. Most hair supply stores carry it.

  3. there is a product called Silk Therepy by Biosilk, you can use it when your hair is wet or dry and it basically gives it moisture. I started to use it after I got a bad perm that fried my hair. Also I dont know if you blow dry your hair or anything but I would stop using any heat on it
