What percentage of woman will have a diastolic blood pressure less than 60 mm Hg?
Among females in the United States between 18 and 74 years of age, diastolic blood pressure is normally distributed with a mean u= 77mm Hg and standard deviation of 11.66 mm Hg.

If standard deviation is 11.66, then 33% will be beyond that value, 5% will be beyond twice that value and 1% beyond 3 times that values.
So your answer will be somewhere around 10%. [16.5% below 65.34 (77 - 11.66)]

I don’t know what the official averages are, but all of us going back on the older drugs for lowering blood pressures after "failing to thrive" on the ACE and ARB meds do have blood pressure more in line with the recommendations of the lower levels.
It doesn’t exactly keep me very happy as I am wearing sweaters now in the summer in most public venues. But my doctors are happy.
