What nutrients, minerals and vitamins do I need daily?


How much iron and calcium do I need or sugars and vitamins etc.? What happens if I don't get particular ones?

  1. The amount of vitamins differs from person to person. If you are really unsure you should speak to a nutritionist or buy nutrition strips form a drug store (you stick them in your mouth, they change colour and you compaire it to the colours on the box. It tells you what vitamins you need more of). You should just take multivitamins that way you can’t get too much of a particular type of vitamin. If you get too much it can cause serious side affects depending on the type, but usually you pee it out. Unless you take like 3000mg of vitamin A when you only need 200mg.
