What kinds of supplements and or vitamins would you recommend?


I am looking for an effective appetite suppressant. I always find myself nibbling on things constantly throughout the day and never feeling full. I've heard of certain products that help suppress hunger and I am wondering what you'd recommend and or have had positive results with.

Other things that I am interested in would be a really good multi-vitamin for young women, as well as something to improve the look and feel of hair and nails (I've heard Fish Oil capsules?)

Anything else that you would recommend for a young woman looking to improve her health and image.

I would prefer legitimate, natural products that I could pick up at a local health food and vitamin store, but anything helps.

  1. spirulina works well and is highly nutritious

    otherwise psyllium husk is a good fibre that will make you feel full can be bough on its own or as a capsule (it is a fibre source though so you have to increase your water and be careful how much you take)

    If you are getting hungry all the time you need to eat low gi foods so you don’t have get hungry all the time, green vegies, fibre and good fats will help. If you need any more info message me.
