what kind of vitamins would be good for a stronger immunity?
16 year old female, works at a daycare, ashtma, eczema, allergies. would like to try vitamin therapy instead of long term allergy shots, inhalers, skin creams. Also, if my skin gets a booboo, it heals very slowly and leaves a purplish scar . So my skin is in need of vitamins also.

I generally recommend multivitamins with vitamin A, B1, B6, B12, C, D and E, with minerals like zinc (Zn) and iron (Fe). This complex mix will make your airway and skin lining healthy. Keep them with a balanced diet. You may still need your licensed asthma medications from a physician.
