what kind of vitamins do you need daily?
I feel like I'm eating alot of some vitamins, but I also feel that I'm not eating nearly enough of different kinds of vitamins. Which witamins should I be consuming on a daily basis? Or better yet, is there a way that I can get all of my vitamins in one dose? like putting it in a drink or something?
Any help is very much appreciated!

The best way to get vitamins is to eat a well-balanced diet, including whole grains & a variety of COLORS of fruits & vegetables (the different colors mean different vitamins) and 3 servings of dairy or other source of calcium (plus weight bearing exercise). It seems like whenever researchers investigate vitamin supplements & whether they help anything, the answer is always no. So somehow they are not getting absorbed right. Docs will still recommend certain supplements in special cases – like if you just can’t seem to get enough calcium in your diet, or you are taking a medication that depletes certain vitamins in your body. If you are really worried about this, take 1 Centrum multivitamin a day. That is a good brand that is absorbed well, at reasonable cost.

can’t give a particular list……..we need ti tek all kinds of food that provide us the required vitamins such as vit k which helps in clotting of blood, vit c in immunity n strength, vit a in vision………….etc…………………………….In short,yu shud have a balanced diet.

well first i get all my vitamins by drinking all my fruits and vegtables yes I said drinking because what I do is use a juicer it’s just way to much for me to eat in one day so i compact it down to about 20oz. of pure vitamins and minerals by using my breville juicer its kind of like drinking that V8 but my stuff packs more punch and theres no sodium,perservatives,or additives so thats the best way to go I also take fish oil pills and flax seed oil pills everyday because that has omega 3 and its good for the heart and blood.

as long as your eating properly you should be fine unless your dr says your low on something but its a general rule of thumb if you eat fruits and veggies in every color purple to red each day then your fine… my dietitian says eat 3 different things at each meal though the day and you’ll know your getting everything your body needs
