what kind of vitamins do i take?

i want to take a multi vitamin. i have anemia and want to take one that has iron but im picky.i tried like 10 brands and dont like any of them..
i am picky but its good to be picky when it comes to health
i dont want a womens vitamin. i took many womens brands and dont like any of them i felt awful on them, and i dont have mestrual, hormone or female problems and im not sexually active or having a baby for the next 10 years.so i dont need tons of folic acid or whats in those womens formula. dont recomend me any womens stuff i dont want to hear about it

i want a gereral multi vitamon for men or women not in capsule form, it has to be tablet or chewable.

reccomend me a bunch so i can search for them and go through what i want to order.
whats a good online store for vitamins. i tried drugstore.com

i dont like these, i tried them

centrum
one a day
natures bounty
nature made
windmill
schiff
twinlab
rainbowlight
and those real food vitamins with like 30 vegetables in them i think natures way, it smelled bad like brocoli and i had major constipation cause of the fiber
i dont want anything with fiber

i also tried those non name brand ones like cvs brand copycat vitamins

what else is there, i know i named some popular ones but i didnt like it,

find me a few with iron

also besides multi with iron what else can i do for anemia,i just had a major nose bleed for like a week in a row and felt week after that for a week.i have an apointment next week for the ear nose throat doctor..so i think an iron supplement would be necessary soon
like right now...or i can order overnight shipping

i am also young so nothing for 55 year old post menopause .i am in my early 20s so teen vitamins might also be good
i forgot to add i tried filnstones already

  1. Try Flinstones Chewables. You can get ones with extra iron added I believe. One pill is actually the adult serving. You get 100% of almost every vitamin and mineral plus they taste pretty good.

  2. i was thinking the same…flinstones…i give them to my children and i use them too…but i double them they get one and i get two. then whatever else i think i need i eat something with it in it..like mulitigrain bread
