What is too high or too low blood pressure for a 14 year old girl?
I got 146/83
and my dad had a stroke because of high blood pressure a few month ago :( a major one
Will i be at risk for one when i get older?
Is my blood pressure too high?

yes you are definitely at risk because high blood pressure is, in a lot of cases, hereditary.. .and yes your blood pressure is very high for someone your age and even someone much older… the normal blood pressure for an adult is only 120/70
i suggest relaxing and doing some aerobic exercises because both those things decrease blood pressure
