What is the legal age to buy vitamins?
Is there a law that says that you have to be a certain age to buy vitamins from a store such as GNC in california? Vitimans such as A, B, C...etc.
ok i eat good so i already get lots of vitamins from food, but i play a high school sport, and i want to beable to perform better, and feel better with the extra boost of vitamins

there is no certain age to buy vitamins they are good for you. But I recommend to get your vitamins eating fruits and vegetables its natural. Take care and God Bless you and your family.

I can’t imagine that there would be an age limit on this sort of thing, but I would suggest that you try and get your vitamins through eating the proper food rather than depending on drugs.
Your body need the roughage and fibre that fruits and veg offers so I would go this way first. If however you are going to go the vitamin route, then make sure that you follow the directions properly. You can actually take vitamins the wrong way, and therefore you end up wasting money for no real health benefit.
