What is the correct dosage of biotin vitamin for me?


Am planning to take GNC hair skin nails vitamin formula. it has 2500 mcg of boitin. N it's written I gta take it two a day.... So I just wanted to know if there's any side effects of taking that dose of biotin every day? Plz let me know everything about it. thanx for ur answers.

    Biotin can interact with other medications you are taking, Generally biotin in the recommended dosages does not cause significant side effects for most people, though a couple of serious side effects are possible. Read about it here.
