  1. Vitamin A…without it you can go blind. http://www.uniteforsight.org/course/vitamina.php

    Here is a web site.

  2. Vitamin K

  3. I always heard it was beta-Keratin but I recently heard something called Lucien is good for the eyes. I think that is how it is spelled.

  4. Try these foods to make sure you get enough eye-protecting nutrients:

Vitamin A: cod liver oil, liver, carrots, sweet potatoes, butternut squash.
Lutein and zeaxanthin: spinach, kale, collard greens.
Vitamin C: sweet peppers (red or green), kale, strawberries, broccoli, oranges, cantaloupe.
Bioflavonoids: citrus fruits, cherries, grapes, plums.
Vitamin E: sunflower seeds, almonds, hazelnuts.
    Selenium: brazil nuts, yeast, seafood.
    Zinc: oysters, hamburgers, wheat, nuts.
Fatty acids: cold-water fish (salmon, mackerel, trout).

If you want an eye-cream, Vitamin C’s are best.

  5. The best supplements to use are vitamin c, vitamin e, zinc, selenium, copper, lutien, bilberry, ginko biloba extract, schizandra, olivenol, alpha lipoic acid, n-acetyl cystine, lycopene, zeaxanthin, taurine, quercetin, carrot powder, eyebright powder, glutamic acid, and glycine.

These can be found in different formulas from different companies. But this tends to be the best combination I have found out there. Good luck to you. Sorry you are having problems.

  6. Beta-carotene. It is the vitamin found in carrots and other vegetables and fruits that have an orange or yellow color. Natural, dietary sources are best. But, you can take a supplement also. Just don’t overdo it.

  7. The essential vitamins you’ll need are Vitamins A, C, and E. They help with eyesight, health and aid in preventing eye disease.

  8. I recommend all natural CarotoMax. It offers six of the most powerful carotenoids available and promotes cell health and supports against free radical damage that promotes the long-term health of the eyes.

Key Ingredients: Vitamin A, Lutein, Lycopene, Beta Carotene, Astaxathin, Zeazathen, and Carotenoids.

Hope this is helpful and feel free to contact me with questions.

  9. not sure what the vitamin is but, I do know that carrots have a huge percentage of that vitamin in them.

  10. Eat carrots raw.
