Edit:
Dang! Cassie, was reading Tarot cards included in your "Doctorate Degree in Natural Health?" I hold a Ph.D from a Baccalaureate University and there was no such degree listed on our degree program. Is that one of those you can buy online from a fake university? It’s people like you who make people like me question your credentials. Does the State Board of Professional Review have a copy of your license to practice natural health? We all practice natural health and just think, your degree didn’t cost upward of $150,000 like it does for REAL doctors.

Vitamin E is not gender specific. Both men and women take the same type; the label on the bottle is the only difference. You will get the best results from the natural formula; the synthetic formula passes through the intestines and you get little to no benefit from it.

Carlson makes a great mixed tocopherol vitamin E. The mized tocopherols would include the alpha, beta, and gamma-e. This form is highly absorbable and more natural. Some will include tocotrienols as well. Always buy from a health food store, not the supermarket. And always get the d-alpha tocopherols. The dl-alpha is synthetic. DL is bad.
