What is the best remedy (vitamins, stretches, etc) for chronically achy legs?
I am 24 years old, of healthy weight, and I work out regularly. I have already taken several days off as a method of easing the aches, but there is still discomfort. The aches last beyond my workout and well into my work day which is becoming frustrating. WebMD suggested everything from high-risk pregnancy (which is odd since I am not pregnant) to RLS to varicose veins - none of which are the case. The aches, in addition to fatigue are my only symptons so it is nothing too serious. I'm open to suggestions!
Thanks!

I’m not sure about the best remedy… but below is a yoga link for "legs up the wall" pose. It is a restorative posture where you elevate your legs. It’s relaxing and feels great! I would give it a try. Good luck!
