What is the best multi vitamin for a teenager(15year old,very active)?
i need the best multi vitamin for me i am a male around 5' 7" active,eat right workout i am currently wrestling,going to do track.i eat a proper diet,but lack some important things like omega 3s and so on please help

Make sure the proper diet will be helping you to develop overall not just for your sport.Centrum (make sure is the one with the most B12), a diet with high complex carbs, different types of protein, amino acids supplements and good quality fats like OMEGA 3 and others (most of this type of fats are in fish) and plenty of water should do the trick.
