What is the best Energy Supplement Drug that's open Over the Counter?


I am looking to buy a energy supplement or something that will boost my energy, I play heavy sports and I want to know if there were anything out on the open counter at a Vitamin store or Drug Store that will boost my energy immediately, without any side effects or downers.
