What is the best combination of vitamins for an extremely active 13 year old girl?
She is up every morning at 5:30 am; obviously, goes to school every day; plays on 2 softball teams (playing 6 days a week), and taking karate 2 evenings a week. She loves these activities, but I am afraid that she is going to physically burn out.

She doesn’t need a combination, just get her a multivitamin for women. Some are formulated just for teen girls too!

just give her flinstones vitamins
with that many days being occupied with activities make sure her school work isnt suffering.
softball isnt a grueling sport, especially when played by children.
karate also doesnt take a toll on you.
you should cut off one of those softball teams and make her focus more on her studies.
even if she has ‘finished’ her homework, you should enroll her in extra math classes instead of a second softball team.
then you wont be worried about her getting burned out.

A multi should be enough. There’s no need to worry about combinations because our bodies use what we need do away with the rest. With that much activity, extra vitamin C might not be a bad idea either.
