If you read above, you will see that there are a number of
positive effects from the above. One would be antioxidant, blood thinning and immune system properties. Bromelain has some interesting uses including dissolving ruptured disks in the spine. Bromelain helps dissolve protein as an
enzyme. It subdues inflammation. Quercetin is something I take for its effects on the circulatory system and helps prevent migraine as well as preventing heart attack and stroke.

  2. Take it without any worries. It is a good synergy combo of remedies. It work well as a natural pain killer, anti-inflamatory, antioxidant and will slow down the aging.

  3. Quercetin is a phytochemical – a compound found naturally in unprocessed vegetables and fruit that works with vitamins and minerals in order to be affective. They are very, very good for you however, some studies show that they are really only effective by use of the body in their natural form and not in manufactured complex tablets. Quercetin is a powerful anti-inflammatory, an antioxidant, an anti-histaminic, antiviral (when mixed with Vitamin C) and can retard the growth of tumors. It comes under the umbrella of a ‘bioflavonoid’ which basically acts the same way as antioxidants.
