What is better for a 22 year old woman? Pre-natal vitamins or a regular multi-vitamin?
I'd like to start taking some vitamins and was wondering which is better. I've always heard pre-natal vitamins are great for you, but I don't know which would be more healthy.
Thanks!

Prenatal vitamins usually have larger amounts of folic acid, iron and sometimes calcium and are often advised for women of child bearing age that COULD become pregnant even if not trying to. They are often more expensive, but other than these reasons, not much difference between them and regular viatmins.

Pre-Natal vitamins have more iron in them, that is the only big difference. Either would be fine.

Pre-natal vitamins are good for you but will also help you get pregnant. they will help your hair and nails epically. I would say that the best vitamin to take at your age would be the woman one a days.
