Now i was trying to open a bottle that had a strong tip; while opening it hard… i somehow got it. Most of the times its on the neck and when im done with it; it transfers to my wrist.

  8. ive joined a gym to get healthy and fit. instead i think i pinched my nerve from lifting… now i also have pinching. when i wake up my arm is sometimes numb

  9. I have a pinched nerve in my lower back, every day when I stand at attention, or anything for that matter, even when I sleep, numbness shoots up to my neck, and down to my feet. This is crazy… It lasts for hours, sometimes I can’t feel my legs when I wake up, then the needles start to show when I get up for coffee. I’m surprised I’m still walking… I’ve been to a chiro, but that was a couple weeks ago, and even when I’m done, the numbness is still there, my chiroprocter seems stumped.
