What is a good vitamin to take for joint health?

I am a body builder and for the last couple of months I have been having some joint pain and discomfort when i lift, especially the heavy sets. I am sort of prone to getting injured now, its almost as if my joints are "rusty" sort to speak. And I do lots of warm ups and stretching too. What is a good vitamin for this?

  1. Try glucosamine sulfate. For some people, it works instantaneously, but for others, it doesn’t do much at all.

  2. Increase the weight of Ur instruments very slowly and steadily. If U add more weight suddenly, such weight can’t be withstood by Ur muscular system.

  3. problems from diabetes? Avoid all sugar and eat less carbs. Get tested.

  4. I used Heal N’ Soothe for something similar. You can find out more about it here, hope it helps:

  5. slowly increase weigh that you lift it will avoid such pain in joints
