What is a good vitamin regime to help with anxiety?


I suffer from anxiety and am trying to avoid prescription meds. What is a good vitamin regime? I am taking a prenatal vitamin (just had a baby), fish oil and I just started taking B12 (500mcg). Honestly, I'm not sure how much of what I should be taking.

  1. Vitamin C to avoid illness (which greatly impacts mental health)
    Omega 3 fatty acid for proper brain function
    Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, and B12, said to help with Depression and Anxiety.

    Centrum has everything you need, you could probably live on it alone. Berocca is good for B group vitamins and vitamin C. Always read the label and seeing as you’re a new mother, you should consult a GP before taking anything.

  2. Just like with any illness vitamins can help build the body into something strong.
