What herbs and vitamins are best for detoxing the brain and body of marijuana?

Hi. So I smoke pot pretty much on a daily basis. I'm not obviously a pot smoker, meaning I don't talk slow or move slow like I've seen others act. Nonetheless, I've noticed that pot has had some definite long-term affects on both my brain and my body. After smoking since I was 14 years old (I'm 21 now) I'm getting a little bored of it. As such, I've decided to quit and detox both my body and my brain as means of getting everything out and starting anew.

SO, I'm wondering: What are the best herbs and vitamins for detoxing the entire body? I would like to stay as natural as possible but if there are some good products out there that don't have any negative impacts then I would be open to trying them.

While I won't be smoking any longer, I understand that it might take a little while to bring my brain function back to normal again (right?). But some natural assistance would definitely be appreciated!

Thanks!
@Sweaty: I don't care what these reports say about long-term affects, I'm telling you from my own PERSONAL EXPERIENCE that there have been some DEFINITE long-term affects on my mental capacity. Period.

Period. My thought processes are slowed, my drive to smoke is very strong, reaction times are definitely delayed. Reports don't mean anything to me when my own experiences say otherwise. Thank you.

  1. You just stop ,you need not add anything..

  2. Good for you, I’d suggest you take Ginkgo and Cod Liver Oil tablets, and start drinking 3-6 cups Green Tea daily, and up your fruit intake, 1 or 2 Grapefruit a day plus a bowl of bran flakes each morning.

  3. So you want to detox your body of pot so you actively look for something else to shove into it? All you have to do to detox is stop smoking. That’s it.

Brain function returning to normal? Are you serious?
There are zero long term effects of smoking pot.

"Fact: There is no convincing scientific evidence that marijuana causes psychological damage or mental illness in either teenagers or adults. Some marijuana users experience psychological distress following marijuana ingestion, which may include feelings of panic, anxiety, and paranoia. Such experiences can be frightening, but the effects are temporary. With very large doses, marijuana can cause temporary toxic psychosis. This occurs rarely, and almost always when marijuana is eaten rather than smoked. Marijuana does not cause profound changes in people’s behavior."

  4. Natural herbs that do not show up on a drug test.

These are 100% legal herbs- http://www.erbalhi.com

  5. The concept of "detoxing" has been invented in order to part gullible people from their money. For example, there are some detox pads out there that turn black after being in contact with human sweat and fool people into thinking it has drawn this black stuff out of their skin.

The only way you can "detox" is to get rid of anything that is currently in your blood, i.e. that you have taken in the last 24 hours, by ensuring you just drink plenty of water.
