what foods that normal people have at home help you loose weight?


im not going to some international grocery store to buy some dehydrated panda crap that is supposed to help you loose like 10 pounds in a day. im talking normal food and grains, or exercise plans maybe vitamins too. please and thank you!!

  1. OK stop worrying so much about your weight your as skinny as a tooth pick eat healthy so you don’t get sick trying to lose weight! normal food is find normal exercise is fine just don’t go over the boat your only 13.

  2. Celery and apples ! If you buy Seventeen magazine every article tells you stuff like that.
