Yes they carry the most types of vitamins, Iron, Biotin, etc.
It helps with your hair, nails, energy!!!
I went to vitamin shop and asked for the best vitamins a woman can take.
They gave me Twinlab Pre-natal Care (Multi vitamin Caps), they said it has the most nutrients.
Before I use to feel really dizzy since my diet was not that good and I would work out every day, I started feeling dizzy, since I have been taking the prenatal pills, I have felt very good :)
While prenatal vitamins are generally safe for healthy adults, they may not be suitable if you’re not pregnant or planning to become pregnant. Prenatal vitamins are formulated specifically for a mother-to-be, her developing fetus and women who are breast-feeding.

Some of the vitamins are you for your hair and nails but a lot of it would be unnecessary if you weren’t pregnant, breastfeeding or TTC.
Oh and the iron might make you constipated, definitely does when you’re pregnant.
