As far as bad ingredients are concerned you might want to consult a professional, like a dietitian for example. 180 calories is a bit high, 4g of fat is acceptable, 75mg of sodium is HIGH, 17g of carbs is slightly high, 2g of sugar is good, alcohol is never good, and 20g of protein is GREAT.

Not good. Full of sugar alcohols and hydrolyzed collagen which is just gelatin (which is not very bio-available) and used by unscrupulous companies to bump up protein counts..
The best protein bar you can buy just came out a few months ago. They’re called Quest protein bars and here’s their ingredient list:
Quest Bar – Vanilla Almond Crunch
Protein Blend (Whey Protein Isolate, Milk Protein Isolate), Chicory Root Fiber, Almond Butter, Dry Roasted Almonds, Raw Almonds, Water, Natural Flavors, Sea Salt, Lo Han Guo, Sucralose.
As you can see, very clean ingredients. It’s the only bar that doesn’t use any sugar or sugar alcohols.
Try them and you won’t be disappointed.

This is not a good bar! Its loaded with sugar alcohols and and far too many chemicals. Anytime you see things like maltitol and maltitol syrup you’re going to end up with added sugar and carbs.

A very long list of ingredients! Referring to soy lecithin… Soy lecithin, as a natural emollient, has been part of a variety of foods and can easily be extracted from soy beans, using a solvent such as hexane and it’s a by-product of soybean oil. It is usually found in very small amounts – less than 1 percent of the weight of any food. It is commonly used as an emulsifier in chocolate bars, or as a wetting agent in baking.
