What Do you think about this diet?
My diet for the next 10 weeks:

Daily I will have:

Multivitamin containing < or > than200% of neccessary minerals and vitamins Folic Acid, Iron and vitamins A , E and B12 as supplements to the mulitvitamin.

84 ounces of Iced Water every day ( 12 ounces per hour for 7 hours)

I will use an eliptical for 1 hour at an ANEROBIC rate
I will lift light weights for arms one day , legs the next and back and chest the others alternating everyday.

I weigh 160 pounds I am 5'8" and would like to lose weight. My weight last year when I exercised heavilly was 120 so that is my goal.

I may start using a diet pill aid at the half way mark to aid in further weight loss.

I will eat one fruit for breakfast

Spinach and One hard boiled egg for lunch

One Slimfast for dinner

  1. Increase your meals to 5 times a day. You are starving your body which will decrease your metabolism. Increasing the meals won’t make you fatter, just more efficient.

    Have a variety of foods every other day otherwise you will get sick of what you are eating and end up binge eating at the end of your diet.

    Choose a healthy diet as a lifestyle, not for just 10 weeks.

  2. You’ll be sick in about 10 days and whatever muscle you have now will be gone.

  3. No i wouldnt do that diet.
    Yeah, you will loose weight, and fast, but then after you give in and stop starving yourself, your just gonna put it all back on. By starving yourself, your stuffing up your metabolism. Your body goes into starvation mode, which means that any fats it gets, it will store. You need to eat a more balanced and healthy diet. You cant do this diet forever
