what do these nail treatments do?, and how do i use them?

i bought this whole platinum nail system for manicures / and pedicaures like 4 years ago... it came with a bunch of shapin,g buffing tools, and these treatments

i have a bottle of "fiber enriched fortifier" and i have no idea how to use it, do i put it on like regular nail polish, its white

or wat else

also, i have "vitamin Eenriched ceramics smooth"
its a peachy orange color... how do i use that, and wat is it for?

if it helps, the set is from the color workshop, called the Platinum nail system,
comes with a nail dyring salon and storage system,
motorized nail wizard with 6 atachment tools

9 nail care treatment ( ex. top coat, what i said before, cuticle massager cream, cuticle remover cream, lotion.. etc)
6 nail tools (cutters, tweezers, etc)
and nail polish colors

and no, it doesnt say what the treatments do in the instrcutions
both of the treatments are in nail polish bottles, just bigger

but too thin to be nail polish
