  1. very helpful, very informative. thanks.

  2. 6 bananas probably don’t supply you with enough calories. Try 15, or mix it up with some other fruit

  3. also, meat eaters like more salt b/c of addcitions and the vegans have a sweetooth for more carbs. One size could fit all b/c low fat vegan raw is a speicies specific diet like dr Graham says. Don’t be afraid to let ppl know this is the optimum way eating. It can work for every human to eat this way. we are the only species that cook our fods and we have so many problems b/c of it. RV low fat is the best for ones health above any other way of eating. Whole foods over dry fragmented, a no brainer.

  4. hi natasha:) i really like your videos. i’m a vegetarian looking to go to raw foods. i was wondering if you eat any grain products(you said you had a gluten problem but i don’t know much about that) or beans. also wondering about iodine. can you get enough without salt? have a great day:) – maria

  5. you need to eat heaps more! more fruit will give you more energy! 20 bananas at LEAST :)

  6. You are so adorable

  7. Hey Natasha great info! My problem is that i love fruit(i can go weeks just on fruit!), but just can’t get with the salad thing.I’m ok with green smoothies(say 2 glasses a day) & fruit, is that good enough?

  8. hi check my guavas for breakfast video

  9. If I want to lose weight, should I eat low fat??

  10. how do you eat raw kale? I have used it in a soup but was scared to try it raw

  11. @pauls008 Though this question isnt directed to me I eat raw kale by juicing it. I’ve been told it can be an overpowering taste otherwise. Juice it with other great fruits and veggies…toss in half a lemon and enjoy. :)

  12. @deliight just increase your fruit and veggie intake and cut back on highly processed foods.

  13. @MrFidel77 I think it is good enough. get it in however you can. I also consume green smoothies and green juice to get as much of it in as possible… I try to take in 64oz .

  14. Another reason to avoid the Vegan Diet is EFA deficiency, primarily DHA/EPA. Plant based Omega3 efa, known as Alpha Linolenic acid has to be converted for your body to use as DHA/EPA, this conversion rate in humans is very low, usually at a rate of 1-4%. Jesus, the saviour of the world ate fish, it should be ok for everyone else.

  15. Do you need to count calories on a very low-fat raw diet?

  16. I love this video I went on a Raw diet about a year I find raw food tastes so good but i was always hungry because i was trying to limit my consumption one apple per sitting was all i thought i could have I since went off the diet but might try it again if i find it in my budget (as it can get very expensive) because it know now that its ok to eat allot

  18. have you ever tried the master cleanse?

  19. I love how your such an intuitive eater! I think that is so important for everyone if we really listen to our bodies, it tells us what works and what doesn’t. Great videos!

  20. Natasha i am in love. I love the way you talk, you move everything on you. Come To Greece.

  21. oh my gosh i would hate it if i was allergic to avocados!

  22. Some videos on youtube such as “bologna- grains are good” or something like that, are saying that if you don’t eat fat, your body holds on to fat, so you get fatter. Is this right? I am so confused.

  23. how do I get to your blog

  24. I am total fan!…thank you!!

  25. Wow you’re the only vegetarian I’ve ever seen that isn’t fat! Respect. :)
