  1. It could mean nothing bad,it may mean this is your body`s normal blood pressure. usually doctors say a blood pressure is low when it is under 100mmHg. However,if the person does not have medical problems,a blood pressure of 90 or 80 mmHg is of no particular concern, you just drink plenty of water and eat with normal quantity of salt. That`s all!

  2. Better than high! Not much risk, unless you are prone to fainting or have other factors.

  3. if its not symptomatic its just a number, not to worry. If symptoms (lightheadedness, weakness etc) multiple causes possible.

  4. Mine is too :) I think I read that your blood vessels are a little more elastic, instead of rigid, so blood passes through them with more ease. Mine was really low at one point, because I wasn’t eating enough fat and cholesterol (really low bp can lead to depression). But if you’re otherwise healthy, enjoy, cause you’ll probably live longer!

  5. My blood pressure is low also. My doctor told me that it’s just the way I am and not to worry about it. It’s not too low I guess. She also said that it’s better to be on the low side than high. But, one main reason for low blood pressure is being dehydrated.

  6. I heard that caffenie is bad for your circulation.

Try walking and drinking orange juice
