What condition are the doctors checking for?

Im 14 my symptoms are tiredness, dizzyness, and urinating alot.
i got a blood test last monday that checked for diabetis and other things i dont know what though but they all came back negative apart from one and so they took more blood and told me they were checking vitamin levels. on the sheet they wrote folic acid and b12 or bh12 something like that.
What does that mean theyre actually checking for?????

  1. They could still be checking for anemia. An iron deficiency isn’t the only type of anemia. Being deficient in folate and B12 are also forms of anemia – folic acid anemia and pernicious anemia. All forms of anemia affect the appearance of and quantity of red blood cells, so they might have noticed that from your first tests and ordered more.

  2. Just a guess but I would anemia, it could be many things.
