What can I do to help raise my blood pressure?

I believe I may have unhealthily low blood pressure. i seem to have the symptoms, including diziness and neck pain.

I've googled a few times with no luck. But what can I do to solve this problem. Ihave been feeling very dizzy lately and I think the low blood pressure may also be affecting my concentration. It's sometimes as if I'm drunk, without actually being drunk and I don't like it one bit.

What can I do?

  1. Blood pressure is good when its low… You should drink a lot of liquids, ( I personally keep a salty food when I get dizzy from low blood pressure) Make sure you are eating enough protein and getting sufficient iron. You may be dehydrated or undernourished. If your dizziness persists, you may need to go to an ent… it may be due to lack of equilibrium

  2. Get really angry a lot. That will do it.

  3. Salt causes fluid retention and that usually raises blood pressure.

  4. SEE A QUALIFIED DOCTOR

  5. Take care of my kids for a few days.

  6. eat salty foods it really helps i had to do that one time that’s what the doctor told me to do also see the doctor because low blood pressure is just as bad as high there’s medication out there for that

  7. excercise…aleast you can raise the heart rate. Some foods my help with what sounds like anemia..or low iron. Green leafy vegetables, peanuts, red meat (watch out for mad cow) hahahah
