What are your secrets to long hair…?


About three months ago I started buying Centrum chewable vitamins and my hair has gotten pretty long. Everyone that I haven't seen in months has told me wow your hair has gotten long!! I am so happy, finally my hair is growing!! I've had what seemed like the same hair length for years.

  1. Well i stopped cutting it. i mean, I trim it just a little every 6 weeks or so, ya know to get the dead sh*t off. Believe it or not there are many things that keep long hair healthy. I know that is kinda unrelated to your question lol but I can help you keep your long hair Hot!!!
    —BEER!!! Seriously, pour a beer on your hair in the shower after you wash and before you condition! Sounds insane but it makes it so shiny and soft!
    —Make your own hair "mask" Smash up an avocado, put in a half tsp. or so of olive oil, mix it well and leave it on your hair for 15-20 minutes. It is the hardest stuff to get off and you will look like you pooed in the shower lol….but it works very well for maintaining hair health.
    —MAYONNAISE! You can use it as a hair mask as well…..15-20 min. then rinse
    And lastly—EGG WHITES…..slather it on dry hair, 20-30 minutes, wash and rinse……these will keep your long hair looking awesome!!!!

  4. Be patient .
    Dont cut it too often , but u should still go for trims every once in a while .

  5. Wash and condition it everyday and brush it 400 hundred strokes a day. The old way by gosh your hair looks nice
