  1. There are two major factors when it comes to your bones… bones and joints.

    For your bones take:
    Nutrilite Cal Mag D
optionally Nutrilite Bone Health with Ipriflavone which is a non-hormonal nutrient that, when taken with calcium, has been shown to help maintain bone mass and stimulate the body to make new bone cells.

    For joints:
Nutrilite Glucosamine-7 which is clinically proven to improve joint function and flexibility in one week.
Nutrilite Ocean Essentials Joint Health which increases your EPA intake to help support optimal joint health, mobility, and flexibility.

If you are not fimilar with Nutrilite brand, they have organic farms in Washington State and California and were the first supplement company. Organic is gentle on the stomach and has a higher absolution rate than the synthetic stuff. Vitamin source is quite important. Go to Arcameda.com and click on vitamins. Click on Bone Health or Joint Health for more information on the vitamins above. Hope all is well.
