What are the lines under my eyes (pic included)?

Some people can't see them at all but if you look closely you can. It's mostly in certain lights. I don't know if they're linesor what..But it's like 3 string-thin little lines from the part of my eye nearest my nose down to the other side of my eye on the left and on the right you can't really see any. That was the best picture I could get of them. Are they wrinkles? Is this from the circles under my eyes? How can I get rid of them? Is it possible to get rid of them? How long would it take to get rid of them? I started taking multi vitamins, sleep 8-13 hours a night, stopped drinknig caffeine & cut smoking to 1 a day (before it was about 4 a day so i doubt that really contributed that much to them, they just came out of nowhere one day and got a -little- better than they were). I also have been putting cold tea bags on my eyes & vitamin E lotion.

Those are wrinkles. It might be because you dont sleep much or if you wear make-up like eyeliner you tug on your eye and it causes them. Get some anti-wrinkle or eye cream and put it under your eye every night. And continue to do what your doing because it does help.
