What are the foods and drinks that can help us feel better? read details?
Do the foods rich in folic acid (folate) and another that is rich in vitamin B12. help prevent disorders of the central nervous system, mood disorders, and dementias,?

There are a number of foods. Naturally it’s best to eat them fresh or cooked, however in some cases, too much would have to be eaten to satisfy the RDA. Therefore Vitamin and mineral supplementation becomes necessary in some cases and under some conditions. I will cite a few examples
Eyesight Vitamin A, contained in carrots, and Lutein, particularly helpful in stopping macular dgeneration

Bone Health, Calcium, contained in milg. Glucosamine, Magnesium and Vitamin D. Vitamins C and D ar contaied in milk, and sunlight. They are particularly helpful for the elderly with brittle bones

Absolutely! Folic acid and the B-complex are part of it, so are the Omega 3 fatty acids.
Uncooked fruits and vegetables, sunflower seeds, almonds are all great sources for folates.
Cold water fish [and fish oil capsules], flax seed [and flax seed oil capsules], and grass fed meats are good sources of omega 3.
Spinach is a great source for both.
