What are the best vitamins, substances and pills to take?
I take centrum and flax oil.
however, what else should i be taking to stay healthy? I heard Acai berries and hemp bread are healthy, but i can find them...
so, which vitamins and substances should i get from the grocery store to stay healthy?

There are only a few with proven benefit
1) multiple vitamins such as Centrum
2) calcium with Vitamin D to prevent osteoporosis and bone loss
3) fish oil to decrease cholesterol
4) glucosamine and possibly flax seed oil to decrease joint injury and help with arthritis
5) iron, if you are a woman and menstrate monthly or if you are a vegetarian and don’t get enough iron from red meat
Everything else is crap. Don’t waste your money. Some are outright dangerous.
