What are the best vitamins/ nutrients for muscles and ligaments?
What are the best vitamins/nutrients for muscles and ligaments? what helps keep them in shape? i am working at a job where heavy lifting is required and i want to make sure i am in good shape. additional advice and links are most appreciated. thank you. : )
