i beeen taking vitamins for almost 2 months already and nothing seems to happen!....the kind that i been taking is Nature Make Multi Complete!....plus i been drinking protein shakes and drink milk everyday....i been trying to eat a lot!...so i bought a a lot of frozen food and store it in my freezer!...but it doesn't help at all...i heard people said that i have a high metabolism so i can't gain any weight!...i am 16 years old and i only weight 82lb...and 5 foot tall....when i eat a lot i gain 85 to 86 lb but when i'm hungry i weight 82lb again!....so what is the best way to help?.....i don't want to look skinny and small please please please help!

dont try and gain fat. gain muscle. work out. muscle ways more than fat.
