What are the best vitamins for bodybuilding?
I am working out 5-6 days a week for at least an hour.I am on a steady high protein diet.The only thing I am unsure of is my vitamins.I take them in the morning with my breakfast.I currently take 2 Multi Vites 200% vitamin D gummy vitamins,1 gentle iron 28mg,1 omega 3 fish oil 1000 mg.How can I improve?What vitamins should I take?

You want protein . Do not take vegetables. Just take meat and as a result, your body changes from a carbohydrate-burning engine into a fat-burning engine.
