What are the best vitamins for achy joints?

I'm an artist and a lot of my time is spent hovering over a computer or table for hours on end. This has caused me horrible wrist, neck, lower back, and hip pain (from sitting). I can't sleep comfortably because of the strain I put on myself during the day and was wondering if you knew of any vitamins out there that could help me with this specific problem. I'm fairly young and I want to take care of myself so I can continue to do what I love. Any advice or help is appreciated greatly! :)

  1. Hi .You need to exercise and add some supplements to your diet.Drink about 1 litre of water daily and take breaks from your computer.Glucosamine suplhate helps joints generally. However the Queen of (vitamins) for a female is "Tumeric" which can be bought as capsules,it’s active ingredient is "curcumonids" extracted from the herb and it is one of the best substances on the planet to alklaine your body .That keeps your whole body alkaline and helps aching joints. For more specific individual treatment see an Osteoapth.Guru Singh http://www.gurusingh.org.uk

  2. Vitamins are not magic pills and won’t help. Sounds like you need to get good regular exercise, but if things don’t improve you should see a doctor.

  3. The pain in your joints may be caused by chronic inflammation. There are several herbal remedies that may assist, even some topical creams. Lots of great info about how to stop inflammation in the body at this website.
