I know there are many to choose from! However before you start choosing you need to know how to absorb them otherwise you they are going to go umm down the toilet lol. I read about a woman who had a blocked septic tank and the blockage was from hundreds of undigested vitamin tablets (some with the company names still visable). So nothing she was taking was being absorbed. When i read this it made sense as to why i never felt any better on all the vitamin tablets i had been taking.
Doing more research i found that tablets and capsules absorb up to10% (if at all) while sublingual (under the tongue) are about 55%, liquids between 50 -90% and under the tongue spray 95%. I can tell you my B12 under the tongue spray works with amazing results. I looked around and found a multi-vitamin effervescent (dissolves in water) tablet called Supradyn by Bayer. Within the week i felt better. My general wellbeing and improved mood was nothing short of amazing. Make sure your multi-vitamins have all the essential vitamins and minerals except for vitamin A….that can cause cancer in pharmaceutical form..it must obtained from foods. I have heard the good benefits of omega 3 fish oils also. You have the ideal foundation for health with all these supplements.
Edit – taking supplements with food helps with absorption since the digestive juices you produce at mealtime enables you to absorb the maximum amount of the nutrients. :)
