what are the best supplements/creams to use to combat oily skin?

i'm 21 years-old and i have quite oily skin, mainly on my A-zone, nose & chin. i'm very prone to spots which seem to linger for several days. i use antibacterial soap when i wash in the mornings and evenings, and antiseptic savlon cream on my face at night. both of these help A LITTLE in combatting my breakouts but i was wondering if anyone can recommend vitamins, medication or face creams that i can use to try and make the problem calm down?

  1. You need a good exfoliating face wash but make sure it won’t strip all of the oil from your face. If you use really harsh products on your skin to remove the oil it can actually cause your skin to kinda "freak" out and produce more oil to make up for the oil you removed with your cleanser. Also a good toner with witch hazel in it will help. Using a retinol at night will help to regulate your oil production too. I would suggest seeing a skin care therapist in your area. You can call around to dermatology or plastic surgery offices. Some will even offer a free consultation. Also CosMedix Clarity Dietary Supplement (oral pills) will help with your oil production if taken regularly.

  2. i had a similar problem, i got on to proactive and i have been laughing ever since

  3. Pro skin, seriously it did wonders for me, but i’d used for 1 year, after that i had less oily skin and a nice tone hardly any breakouts. or u could check it out w a skin doctor if u have those really bad pimples, big and red.

  4. less coke
    less tea
    less stress
    more meditation
    lactocalamine as sun screen
