What are the best multi-vitamins for weight loss?


I'm really trying to loose weight in a healthy way! I don't really know about vitamins and their benefits, so please give suggestions! Also, what foods are great for weight loss?

  1. Try eating lots of vegetables, fruits, little or no carbohydrates and small quantity of proteins and no fats. Keep up with physical exercise, it’s gonna be hard but u shall see the result.
