What are the best foods to boost the immune system?


I know fruits and all that good stuff but is there a vitamin that I can buy to get all the same effect and antioxidants. Thanks so much for your answers.

  2. First and foremost, make sure you are eating a proper diet, getting enough sleep, and doing at least some form of exercise (even if it’s walking around) at least a few times a week. That’s the basic way to stay healthy in general, but if you find that you are getting sick more often than you would like, there are some natural options to help boost your immune system.

  3. the immune system contains several different parts, so to suggest that something "boosts" the immune system is implausible and in generally vague enough to avoid any FDA requirements so far as backing up claims with experimental evidence. so long as you have a balanced diet your fine.
