What are the best foods containing Essential vitamins,amino acids,Antioxidant,&Dietary minerals.?
I have SMA (Spinal Muscular Dystrophy) & i'm trying to be health smart so i will live a healthier longer life so please help. :)

  1. Salmon is loaded with omega 3 fatty acids, as is fish oil. Increase the amount of fiber you eat, whole gain breads and pasta, and decrease (but don’t deplete) the carbs, just eat less. Use good fats, (olive and canola oil) and use bad fats (saturated, and trans fats) less. Eat more green leafy vegetables. Drink less sugary pop.
    Anti inflammatory foods: (They help decrease pain and stiffness)
