What Are Some Significant Chances When Taking Vitamins?


I started taking daily multi-vitamins, maybe 2 weeks ago. I understand I'm not going to just turn into Superman (lol!), and that it depends on the vitamins you're taking, but are there any significant changes I'll notice? It's easy to become "healthier", but a little pointless if I don't notices anything change.

  1. If you don’t notice anything at all, then the vitamins are working. Just feeling ordinary is great. The absence of unusual fatigue, cramping, mental fogginess, sleepiness or a general crummy feeling is a pretty good change. Multi-vitamins are formulated to provide most of your requirements, but a proper diet is still necessary, so spend some time getting familiar with the vitamins and minerals considered essential to a healthy diet. The National Institute of Health has a lot of information on diet and health. But don’t let it make you crazy. People have gotten along for thousands of years without becoming obsessed about their diet.
